I imagine more and more owners will hold back fees this year due to lack of services – the days of robbing owners, living the high life and eating caviar is slowly coming to an end.

With no new management company taking over what does the future hold?
I hear Tecnicil can be outvoted in some communities, yet some owners still aren’t putting their votes in, quite incredible!

Are you the Carlos from Tecnicil, the pretender? I wonder what he’s doing now

I must say the Djadsal is in a very impressive location. Try the Le Prive restaurant in town if you enjoy impressive food, a French chef cooks everything in front of you.

It sounds fishy, sounds to me as though they’ve run out of money. Let’s hope they get there in the end for the good of the island.

Let’s hope so. What a beautiful stretch of beach next to the Djadsal, stunning! The new road has made a huge difference to area around the Djadsal, it makes the properties on the other side of the road look a lot more desirable.

Did Ponta Bicuda ever get finished? The last i heard some investors were being offered land in Brazil instead.

    billyboy/taz,
Tecnicil are now robbing owners blind, no rent money, siphoned off approx 1 million euros of condo fees, etc etc.
They will be on the hard card next year when they have no properties left to rent out, maybe this will be the final straw and they’ll go bust. That would be great news for owners but not for those who want their deposits back.

Rumour has it distress sales are coming to an end. Vila Verde is the flagship for the island, if only they had a different management company.

And in comes the tourism tax, and not to mention the theft of owners rental income. And now they’re refusing to hand some owners their keys back due to them having long term tenants in. Wait until next year when Tecnicil Imo no longer have any properties to rent out as all of the owners will be out of the rental pool 😀 😀 😀
