Hi all-I am one of the people in Block E- I have not been contacted by soliciotrs, Eva Caldera or whatever, I have never had any mail etc from Turinvest.
Wot is happening-I would like to know if anyone is considering transferring en masse? If so, what happens to the rest? What are the ‘lawyers’ saying?
Is anybody suing?

Re Tortuga- is it just me or are we all suffering from a distinct lack of info re the lettings etc? Resort Group have done a good job with the place, but their communications are woeful-no real assistance with insurance/lettings that they should know now/nothing by way of owners pack-in terms, money in but little else.

Does anyone have the details of a CV tax person to handle whatever may be required in terms of returns etc?
I anticipate some property returns soon and am unsure as to what is required-seem to be led around by the ‘developers’ who all seem to leave it in the air!!

Hi All,
Just returned from Sal-anyone who thinks that two men with a shovel, sitting down, will get a four lane highway done by this time 2020 should wake up!! The site outside the complex is a mess, there appears to be no strategy-two men here, two or even three men there, looking at the ground with no apparent speed or concern. As for E-it does resemble something that even the poor people fleeing the quake in Japan would describe as shocking.
I personally thought the island had regressed-Santa Maria seemed a mess, the square near the jetyty was boarded and again, the works on roads etc seemed completely dislointed and unmanaged. Thankfully-my other place at Tortuga opened and is a different, and hopefully, profitable thing!

Quite right Barbara, it is easy to be rude when typing out a response and sheltering behind the ‘screen’, what we need is to retain where possible some semblance of unity because you can bet your life that some one, possibly a Turinvest ‘mole’ will be rubbing their hands when they read on here that owners are ‘all over the place’.
I personally want some answers, some contact from the soliciotrs who do not appear to be bothered (Eva M) and just some idea as to when we can enjoy our investment.
I will in fact be out in Sal over week of 26th+ April, when I willhope to see for myself.
Is there a ‘sensible’ company contact on site?

I am interested in any others who are in Block E Djadsal-I am also at the point of asking for return of monies paid and interest as per the contract. Has anyone any news or clues????
