    ok, might recieve not sure thought higher return in percentage only however 1 bed cost more so % rate can afford to be lower as the % it may acheive would be higher in price.

    global if that was intorduced i would be banned for life of every forum, way i see it one mans loss another mans gain, dan has already had benefit of another mans loss so if he severly restricts the site and loses members several other site will pick up the points.
    this site works and works well bit if dan only wants pompus stiff upper lip then i dont mind having the giggley and the bitchy ones.

    marg they would not be intersted in electricity at this point sell first worry about that later, any services that are failing would be looked at and corrected i imagine but at the moment it is sell and cross the bridge when we get to it.
    this does not mean hey avoid big risk, what it does mean is wher investment goes services will or is likely to improve with other investment areas.
    now do the develoeprs get provider to improve first or do they sell start to build next year giving time for service to be upgraded by time of completions etc?

    simply calculate pontential and viabilit yof what you are to buy and what th epurpose of the property is.

    studio rental, how much is the rental and what capicity will it hold is it priced as per person or for property itself.

    what is the target audience for the apartment and how many are likely to look for rental in that range.

    a person wanting to rent a studio will also be willing to rent a 1 bed however someone wnating to rent a 2 bed will not entertain a studio.

    studio will attract a studio audience
    one bed may attract studio and 1 bed

    a 2 bed will attract 1+2 bed renters.

    working from this which is more preferable

    ok looking at prices of each.

    studio cost x
    1 bed cost y
    2 bed cost z

    calculate how much you want to recieve in rental in usage and calculate the cost.

    if say a studio only get 3mths worth of rental per annum
    and a two bed gets 7 mths
    what is the best option now.
    which has recovered the most of its own cost in %
    ie: if studio recieves 10% of its cost and 2 bed recieves 25% then surley the most viable would be the 2 bed
    see where im going with it.

    cv will be family destination as they build the biggest % of holiday makers overseas.
    without families it would most certainly take a hell of a lot longer to establish cv and its true potential.
    dont listen to flannel and soap suds from no-one use good judgement and that is your own judgement, look at the whats and whos and not that, that is only ruoured or proposed work of is it and is there, otherwise we get crammed with the little white elephants native to cv.

    before someone slates these comments, are there more married with kids or plainly married than there are singles in the uk.
    which has the biggest catchment, avoiding the biggest audience is a restriction companies wont have restrictions they want money and lots of it(simple aint it)

    resort style properties, who uses them what audience are they from? singles or family/couples etc.
    think about what you want from a property and how you are going to achieve it.

    god i almost sound inteligent.

    investor you are into property and have a website dont you tell me why you feel a studio is the right property, just to see the prospectives of others.

    ha ya avin a larf,double dose just take one of mine there grrrreat.
    looks like the honeymoon period is over and people will actually have to buck up to sell and make its name as a place renouned for good.

    most use ciaxa bank for some reason i think an donly think this was due to someone having a complication in getting money out or something but dont hold me to it.
