Hi, we’re new to this forum. We also paid 50% back in 2006/2007. We wrote to Tecnicil and Amado and Medina stating that they were in breach of contract and requested a refund plus compensation as per the contract. We, too, have been told they have cancelled the contract as we were in breach!! We would be interested in joining any groups that are trying to recover any money
We agree a joint effort may produce better results, whether through a government approach or a single solicitor – not Amado & Medina.
