Hi Anielka:- We also got ours today.

Its looks as though construction must have started yesterday(March 10th), as the 3rd stage payment is due no later than April 10th.

We are in Cor di Mar,and I know you are in Coladera,so construction must be simultaneous.

I’ve had a letter now requesting next stage payment by 10 April. Has everyone else now received one?

it will be just the first laying of the foundation stone anywhere – then evryone sent a letter.

Probably if you went you wouldn’t actually see foundations anywhere – just terminolgy for general base work starting

from the construction pics you can see how much preparation is required, before individual buildings are started on

    Hi

I am on Tedju, but not yet received my letter.

Hammersteve – actually got mine on the 7th , so probably not a bulk posting in one go but spread over several days

Hi Anielka:- I forgot to ask you,how is your golf coming along.

Hi seagullsslimjim:- So what you are saying is construction work has not commenced, apart from one foundation stone. I know they have done a lot of excavating + moving tons of rock + dirt,so thats enough for me.

thats how i perceive it – its a generalisation that work has commenced after ground clearance, but not necessarilly on ones own property.

Who have you guys used for the currency exchange?

i’ve used hi-fx for the last two, but with the euro so strong, i may try the national lottery for funding !

I am also using HiFX…At the moment we can only buy 127 Euros for a Pound…lets all hope it improves by the time we exchange the currency.

Make that 127 Euros for 100 Pounds.

Good news. I managed to hold up 2 sub post offices and cobble together the next installment. Thanks for the hifx info. Hope you are all well. Whilst each payment is painful, the development seems a really good one, the developer seems professional and I suspect we have all made a good choice. Look forward to meeting you all in a couple of years. Cheers, Steve

Hi Investors,Golfers+Cricketers:- I have just opened an account with moneycorp. The difference between moneycorp+HiFX is with moneycorp you have an account manager who guides you through your trade and gives you advice, whereas with HiFX they only take your trade.

Hi gang:- I am assuming that all of the early investors have now paid their 40% full stage payments. I averaged between 1.50 and 1.26 to give an overall 1.36 Euros to the Pound, did anybody beat 1.36 or fix their rate last year?

By the time we complete I wonder what the rate will be,of course if you mortgage at deeds it does not matter what the rate is,providing you take out a euro-mortgage,apart from your monthly euro payments.

I am also looking forward to meeting everybody in a few years time.

Will let it run into the contracts 120 default period – better return elsewhere at the moment before paying (inc their penalty)

Hi gang:- Getting back to the start of construction, groundworks started in November 2007,though we did not have to pay our final payment until the 10th of April 2008,and on a lot of developments groundworks are classed as the start of constructions.

Therefore Ponta Bicuda is just about running on time, though more importantly the much heralded inaugural cricket match against “Sambala” is on course for June 2010.
