they have told me the same , however I told the solicitor to terminate contract several months ago, i am now having trouble getting A&M to reply to emails and are always in meetings when I try o call them. I have been offered a down grade on property but when you look at the prices being ask on their website, they are asking me to pay 40,000 euros more, i feel i am getting know where. the only person that can truly confirm if you are able to terminate are your solicitor, if you can get hold of them. Sorry not much help.
Don’t remember a reason. I told them I wanted out ,and got 8 k back ,
I Dont know when I’ll see the rest,if ever.
