Hi there, we will be in Sal from 27/03 until 10/04 and would love to visit Santo Antao. We looked for flights on http://www.flytacv.com, and found ones we wanted to book. However, they say it is only possible to pay with a vinti4 card…. How can we book internal flights? Is it better to organise it when we are over there? How do we go about it? Please help. Thank you! xx

Hello,
flights are often fully booked, I recommend to go to your local travel agent and book there, or if you prefer to do it by email, get a good service and mostly a better price, book national flights through here:

Thank you! x
Hello butterfly,
to reach Santo Antão you need more than a domestic flight, because the little airport in Ponta do Sol is closed since 2003.So, first of all you need a flight from Sal to São Vicente and from there, you enter the ferry-boat to Porto Novo on Santo Antão.
From the airport “Cesária Evora”on São Vicente you need a taxi to the harbour. If your arrival is too late, you need a hotel or a pension for one night. You see, it is not as simple as it looks like at the beginning. 😉
I wish you good luck and book your flights as early as possible.
