Hi,
Just back from our last visit. Great time although it did rain surprisingly in April twice (and really rain!!)

There wasn't much activity in block although people were working on it in some apartments (under yours Jean). They have painted labels within C so you know which your apartment is now!

Nothing on the pool. It was dug up and nothing happened on it in 2 weeks. We asked Olivier and he said a specialist was coming but had no dates for a fix. Worrying as just recieved letter about them handing admin over now - not sure how that can happen with pool repairs required - who are they expecting to pay for them if tv hand over (and they're still working on many apartments)? The block communal area was unusable and not cleaned/maintained whislt we were there.

onejohn,
We saw the Camara, good news is tax is less. we were told 673 euro for the year which you can pay in 2 instalments. As we only got deeds last summer ours isn't due until April 2013

Thanks for the update Barnsley. Bit disappointed that IUP is still so high, in fact if ours is the same it is only a few euros less than i was originally quoted in January before they changed it. I am still waiting for another e mail from the Camera to tell me how much mine is now.I will let you know when i get it. Of course it all depends how much you declared as purchase price and i declared full amount 109000 euro. As regards the other matter of the Block being handed over i think this is premature as the block is not complete yet with as you point out still no pool, we should be on mains electric and water, security doors and damp problems rectified. There are other smaller issues as well. We require , in writing, a statement that Turinvest are going to complete these works at no cost to us before i can totally agree to all this.

Hi onejohn, yes - please let me know if you hear back a different amount from Camara although we did go there in person and were given info stated above. I'd thought it was 3% of 75% which is a lot more than 673 euro - but agree that is still a lot (for what you actually get from it).
Also agree re what tv should do prior to us paying condo fees - have responded to their letter but no reply yet
Cheers

Thanks for that Barnsley. I feel we all should put pressure on them regarding the premature handover as i feel this caused problems in the other blocks which i wish to avoid.

Just had an e mail at last from the Camera Municipal who seem to still be in a mess over the new calculation. They say they will be in touch again with the new figure i have to pay first week in May.

Hi onejohn,
Thanks for the update. I've had back from Olivier on the condo fees. He is still saying they should be effective 1st May but not to include any pool fees. As development isn't complete and people are still waiting for apartments (so who pays their share - tv?) as well as no pool , damp, security doors, mains elec etc I don't agree. I thought it was all complete and then TV set up a condominium then handed it over to a 3rd party. What do others affected think. I'd prefer to discuss this off forum so do you have an email I can get you on John?
Thanks,
Steve

Hello folks,
Just a quick note from sunny C.V had a meeting with Ollie and he assured me that Turinvest will complete the pool, put security doors in and fit main TV aerial, he said this will all be done by this year, im afraid nothing will be done with Block D until all work is completed with C hence the reason when I walked by Block D today there were no workers at it they were in Block C Ollie did say the workers will move onto Block D at the begining of next year, I have also taken photos of the road and the Blocks which I will upload on my return.

SNEDDS :D
