Jane

I hope everything is ok with your property, I dont know if you noticed but the last picture shown was near to porto antigo and showed someone relaxing on the beach, the pics were posted late August so i'm sure someone would have contacted you if there was a problem.

just got back, there are large pools around the buliding area of djadsal, either side of the road,on a photo they look like marinas!.
the drive from the airport i noticed the place looks greener, all over.
made a mistake of walking from the riu one night to check my apt in a , got bitten to death by by mossies, must be all the water pools.
our pool is out of action, but the complex looks well, apt was ok,no signs of water damage.
visited kim several times, but she was ok,then off to the bank to withdraw the rental cash!happy days.........

Glad to see you got back OK , BP. Thanks for the feedback, did not think that standing water would still be there now.Your remarks about how much greener it looked just goes to show that in the future with proper irrigation the place does not have to look so much like a desert.

Hi Bilbaopaul,
Glad your trip went ok and everything is working out with your rental.
Did you get your deeds sorted. I am not happy to proceed with Turnivest and close sale if there are no deeds available. I think everyone in Block B should be concerned and am surprised Block A owners and their Solicitors are not making a big fuss.
If they went bust, we have nothing to show we own the apartment and with the global credit crisis - nothing would surprise me.

yeah spin,
spoke to my solicitor before i went their, she gave me an adress of their rep in cv, in espargos.
she advised me to let the rep collect the deeds,so i didnt go to espargos to see her,i expect to hear from my solicitor b4 the end of the week.
oh,by the way, i spoke to alot of people out their, and they cant understand what all the fuss is about,my brother in law has seen the certificates of planning permission, everything takes so much longer out their,so ignore all the scare mongerers!
