Cape Verde Islands

HI,i am Manuel,i live in Milano,but before i was living in Miami,where i met Kyra,from Cabo verde.We were good friends,i loved her,but somehow life splitted our path...
I dont know where she is now,and i dont know what's her surname.
I know that now she is 28,she is 1.70,she has dark skin, eyes and hair(not too long,two years ago).i Know she is from the main island,that she worked for the american embassy some years ago,that she play the guitar like no one ,and she sing like the bird of paradise.She has one brother and one sister and her father is living in Amsterdam.
That s all i know,if you have any information ,you know her,please help me,i would be grateful.
